In the system “Dobeles Panelis”, the stay-in-place system of forms of the walls consists of the armature and two heat insulation sheets made from foam polystyrene attached to it which complete the function of the system of forms during concreting and later ensure the needed heat insulation. As a result, we obtain the external wall of the monolith reinforced concrete which is already heat-insulated.
The systems of forms made complete at the plant are delivered to the site already prepared to be to erected. The systems of forms are manufactured in height, in thickness of the concrete part and in the needed thickness of the heat insulation layer indicated by the customer. The builder only needs to place them in the proper place and to fix them so as they stay in the vertical position during concreting.
Using the system “Dobeles Panelis” for building walls, the consumed labor time input is decreased up to three times. Erecting the wall elements, the heavy machinery is not needed, it can be done by two workers.
