Insulating and finishing of elevation

The boards TENAPORS CERAMIC, envisaged for finishing works, are made by working the ceramic (clinker) finishing tiles (239x69x15mm) into the frontal surface of EPS – 200- type polystyrene boards. The base of the ceramic tile, turned to polystyrene, has dovetail-grooves, where the polystyrene is applied during the production process. Such combination of polystyrene and tiles provide the maximum bonding.

The system serves as the high quality heat insulation material for buildings and at the same time as the material for finishing works. These boards are envisaged for the heat insulation of external walls, plinth parts and at the same time for the decorative finishing works, thus obtaining the high quality masonry walls.

The boards of TENAPORS CERAMIC system can be built-in on the surface with sufficient load carrying capacity, for example, the surface of reinforced concrete, ceramsite concrete, aerated concrete, perforated brick, plastered masonry and wooden surface.

These boards can be used for both buildings under construction and renovation.

Due to the clinker features and high quality, the surface of tiles remains changeless during the exploitation. The clinker tiles can have (depending to your choice) even surface or in relief. There is also a wide range of colors possible. There are tiles of 5 standard colors included into the offer, but it is possible also to order the tiles of non-standard colors according to RAL catalogue.

The edges of boards by their perimeter have special phases that ensure the overlapping at the joining places. They also provide safe joining in case of precipitation, as well as very precise joints of boards and the maximum efficiency of heat insulation.
