Foamed polystyrene sheets TENAPORS EPS are manufactured by cutting blocks of foamed polystyrene manufactured by thermally expanding previously foamed polystyrene granules. The sheets are of a porous material with closed pores filled with air (air up to 98%) and anti-pyrene additives (self-extinguishing substances).

The sheets resist weaker acids, and alkaline, they do not resist aromatic thinners and thinners containing halogens, or other substances such as esters, ketenes , oils, or lubricants.

These foamed polystyrene sheets are environment-friendly, inexpensive, and efficient insulation material.

Technologically foamed polystyrene sheets with different physical – mechanical properties are manufactured and this determines the area of application of the material: construction, heating and cooling devices, as well as sandwich panels.
They can be continuously used as heat insulation material at ambient temperature not exceeding +80ºC.
Foamed polystyrene sheets are lightweight and therefore easy to use without any additional mechanisms. Different kinds of surface finish are possible.
